gift certificates are non-refundable and redeemable for merchandise and/or design services only, whether in-stock merchandise, Made To Order merchandise or CUSTOM merchandise.

please note that if used for CUSTOM work, there will be additional design fees involved. Made To Order work is based on an existing production design that is either out of stock or needs special sizing. Standard Made To Order work does not have a design fee applied. CUSTOM work is work based on the creation of a new design or work that significantly alters an existing design. Please contact me with questions regarding CUSTOM design fees before purchase. CUSTOM fees cover time spent creating designs, including but not limited to creation of photos and sketches, sourcing materials, outsourcing processes and communicating with customer.
